Hi everyone! My name is Nadhifah and I’m an IISMA 2021 Awardee to University of Pennsylvania. Studying at an Ivy school has been one of my dreams and currently i’m taking classes at Wharton School of Business. Being able to be given the opportunity to study here at Penn has given me so much insights and experiences from college dorms, clubs, events, dining halls to offline classes again for the first time in two years!!! I’m excited for the upcoming days here. Applying for IISMA and choosing Pennsylvania has been one of the best decisions i’ve ever made!

Hi everyone I am Afif Akbari Habibie a student majoring in International Management and I am here to tell you about my story! I am one of the 8 awardee representing Unand in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Award (IISMA) , a program designed to enrich Indonesian students with an international perspective both in Knowledge and Experiences!

“Opportunities are everywhere, it’s just that we don’t want to fight even if we are alone”, this is the message conveyed by Honey Yahdillah, a student majoring in Nutrition in the Faculty of Public Health Andalas University, who is currently in the United States participating in the Global UGRAD program at Troy University, Alabama.

Let’s get acquainted with Oktizalia Pratiwi, an alumnus of the Agrotechnology major class of 2015, who is currently studying for a master’s degree at the University of Padua, Italy. Tiwi, her nickname, used to be a student who received the 2019 Student Mobility scholarship to Nitra Univerzita, Slovakia. During her university years, Tiwi always had the principle, “All roads lead to Rome”, and now, Tiwi is in Italy.

Some time ago, Universitas Andalas with 5 other universities that are members of the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) carried out a Virtual Teen Talk Project+ activity. In this activity, there were 4 groups who presented the results of their discussions on “Scaling Up Social Entrepreneurship in Developing Countries, Is it More Suitable for Future Economic Growth?”, and each group consisted of students from different universities.
